We ship using next day courier and price typically depends on weight.

Refunds will be processed back via the original method of payment and processed usually within seven days. However, you should allow up to 30 days for this to appear on your statement.

Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

Charges for delivery are not included in the stated product price, they are automatically added on at the checkout. We accept payment by both credit and debit cards. Shipping And Handling

Our working days are Monday to Friday. Orders are usually despatched same or next day as next day delivery. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays will usually be processed on the next working day and despatched within 48 hours, but we will always endeavour to process orders as quickly as possible. Prices are given inclusive of VAT where appropriate.

An automatic order confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address you registered when you placed your order. Delivery outside the UK can sometimes take up to 14 working days depending on country and customs clearance. Delivery times may be longer for bespoke hand-made gifts. For shipping outside of the UK, we suggest you contact us for accurate price and lead-times for delivery.

Delivery Schedule

POSTAL CHARGES

Postage is £6.99. We do not make aim to make a profit out of the postage charge. For intenational orders please contact us first for shipping costs.

DELIVERY

All products on this site will be delivered by our standard service in the UK mainland (excluding the Scottish Highlands, islands or Northern Ireland, the Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man and Channel Islands) unless otherwise specified. The standard delivery charge is £3.95 and products delivered by this method will normally arrive within 3-5 working days. Orders in excess of £25 will require a signature on receipt.

HEAVY AND BULKY ITEMS
These items cost more to ship and therefore a surcharge is applied to cover this. However, if standard and heavy/bulky items are ordered together, a single flat delivery charge will be applied at the higher rate.

UK FAST DELIVERY
If your order is urgent you can request Fast Delivery to the majority of the UK for an additional fee. The order must be received by 12pm and we will do our best to ship the order within 24 hours. The Fast Delivery service is not available for items made to order or for any items shipped direct from the manufacturer, as specified on the web site. Please also note that the delivery services do not operate on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.

SATURDAY DELIVERY
Saturday delivery is available. Orders should be placed by 12pm on Thursday for delivery on the Saturday. Orders received after 12pm on Thursday will be delivered on the following Saturday. We are unable to guarantee a Saturday delivery service for items made to order or for any items shipped direct from the manufacturer.

EUROPEAN AND INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
We can deliver to most countries in the world and will do so using the most economical and appropriate means. Postage will be calculated on the weight and destination of each order. Please email us for more information.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

If this not the case, items maybe returned within 14 days for a complete refund (less delivery charges) to the same card that it was purchased on. Refunds will be made within 30 days, subject to the approval of us. Returned items must be new and unused and with the original labels and packaging still in tact. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on merchandise that was purchased on sale, special offer or on items made to order.

EXCHANGING GOODS
If you need to exchange an item, please email us, We are happy to do so, subject to availability. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items for exchange to us. Again, please email us in the first instance. Exchanged items can only be despatched to you once we have received the original goods and we have performed a quality control check. We suggest that you obtain proof of posting and insurance to its full value as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns. We recommend using the professional assembly service for furniture, as where you are assembling the furniture yourself, once you have begun to assemble it you will not be able to return it.

DAMAGED GOODS
Please try to check your delivery on receipt. If signing for goods that are damaged please sign as "damaged", or "unchecked" if you're not able to check at the time of delivery.

In the unlikely event your order is received damaged please contact us immediately. Please retain the original packaging for returning your order. Contact us with your order number. We will arrange to replace or refund your order, whichever your preference. It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 7 days of delivery.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a return or an exchange if we are not satisfied that the item is new and unused.
